I was recently trolling through Snopes.com and found some interesting and bizarre urban legends that just happen to be true. For those of you unfamiliar with this site, it is devoted to researching those emails passed around through email that seem too strange (or in some cases, too good) to be true. Such as:
- The Great Boston Molasses flood of 1919
- The Great Beer Flood of 1814
- Nekkid women in a Disney cartoon!
Remember… the next time you get an email that sounds fishy, check out Snopes!
